The perfectly, moist, fluffy, and spiced banana bread of your dreams! The best part, it couldn't be more simple!

Ingredients:

Dry

240g all-purpose flour

5g salt

10g baking powder

5g baking soda

7g cinnamon

7 cardamom pods

Wet

3 eggs

113g of melted butter

113g milk

3 bananas

175g granulates sugar

Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350F.

  2. Grease or line your loaf tin and set aside.

  3. In a mixing bowl thoroughly combine all the dry ingredients.

  4. In another bowl mash up your bananas to the consistency of baby food. You achieve this with a fork or a whisk.

  5. Add the remaining wet ingredients to the bananas and whisk thoroughly.

  6. Now add the dry ingredients to your wet ingredients and fold gently. Avoiding over-mixing your batter as this will result in dense bread. Little pockets of dry flour are okay!

  7. Optional** If you prefer to add in any mix-ins such as chocolate, nuts, raisins, etc. now is the time! We recommend chocolate, always!

  8. Add the batter into your lined tin and bake at 350F for 30-40 mins, or until a toothpick when poked in the very middle and comes out dry. If there are little crumbs on the toothpick that's okay, it's ready! Just no wet batter.

  9. Once baked, cool for 10 mins and then remove the bread from the loaf tin and place it on a wire rack to completely cool.

  10. Serve while it's slightly warm and enjoy!
